Perfect Location, Great Service, Memorable Stay
Spending Christmas at this hotel was an excellent decision. The proximity to the city's attractions was perfect. The hotel staff was eager to help us with everything we needed. The room was spacious, neat, and very comfortable. The best part was the breakfast, which included typical local dishes and fresh fruit, all delicious.
The entrance to the hotel was not very welcoming. The path to the hotel was slippery and not well-maintained. The surroundings outside the hotel were not very clean. Additionally, it would have been nice if they provided us with some extra towels as we had to keep asking for it. Despite that, we had a beautiful and memorable stay here.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at a hotel in Siliguri! The facilities were top-notch, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. But what we loved most were the hotel's location - situated perfectly between the airport and the tourist destinations, making it easy for us to explore the attractions we wanted to visit. Plus, the hotel was within walking distance of great shopping malls!
The cleanliness of the area surrounding the hotel could have been better. The road leading to the hotel could use some improvement.
